Everything you need to know about getting your order and sending something back.
Delivery
- We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
- Standard UK Delivery: £4.90 per order for parcels up to 5kg, or £7.35 for heavier parcels up to 20kg. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Delivery time after dispatch depends on the courier.
- If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the parcel and items.
Returns
- If you change your mind, you can return unopened, unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.
- Please contact us first with your order number before sending anything back, and we will confirm the return address.
- For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in the post on their way back to us.
- For hygiene and food-safety reasons, food items that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Kitchenware must be unused and in its original condition.
- Once we receive and check your return, we will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. If you return your whole order, we will also refund the original standard delivery charge.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us and we will put it right with a replacement or a full refund, including any postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
